1. Please make sure you are using standard 19+1 high level HDMI cables.The HDMI cable should not exceed 8FT.
2. The connected of your TV must support the ARC function.
3. When using the HDMI ARC function, some TVs cannot automatically switch to ARC audio output. Please select ARC output in the audio options of the TV settings interface and set the PCM format audio output. The converter is not a digital audio decoder, it does not support digital audio and multi-channel audio, such as DTS / Dolby-AC3 / DSD.
4. Directly connection required, please use a HDMI cable directly connect this ARC adapter to the TV HDMI port which support ARC function, no Intermediate device like HDMI splitter, HDMI switcher or HDMI extender and so on between.
